Most common problem faced by prosthodontist during treatment of complete edentulous patient is severely resorbed ridge.In which mandibular resorbed arch is most commonly seen this condition causes some kind of problems like illfitting of dentureand lack of stability and retention of the denture prosthesis. Many scientists described different techniques for management of resorbed ridge like neutral zone technique, admixed impression technique,implant retentive prosthesis. Thisarticle describesmany techniques which help to obtain both functional and anatomical impression of ridge over which complete denture prosthesis with proper stability and retention can be fabricated.
