Endodontics is one of the most important field of dentistry. Contemporary endodontics has seen an unprecedented advance in technology and materials. Hence; in the present article, we aim to highlight some of the challenges and advances in the endodontic imaging, root canal preparation, root canal disinfection, root canal filling, and regenerative endodontic procedures (REPs).
