Role of Prosthodontics in Forensic Dentistry

For forensic identification, victims possessing all or most of their dentition have physical characteristics necessary for their identification, whereas those missing all of their teeth lack such information. Prosthodontist can play an important role in forensic identification and can employ various methods and techniques available in literature employed for identification. In the present review, we have summarized the role of prosthodontics in forensic dentistry.
